PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE


As part of our continued efforts towards providing topnotch service and towards upholding the safety and security of our clients, we are putting forth the following Privacy Policy and Terms of Service:

Privacy Policy

Kzen PH Group, Inc. (hereinafter "Kzen PH"), recognizes its responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 ("Act"), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other similar national and international laws and statutes with respect to the data they collect, record, organize, update, use, consolidate or destruct.


The personal data obtained from this and any other portals or intake forms are entered and stored within Kzen PH's authorized information and communications database and will only be accessed by its authorized representatives. 


Kzen PH have instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of our clients' personal data.


Furthermore, the information collected and stored in our designated data portal shall only be used for the following purposes:

               

Kzen PH shall not disclose the clients' personal information without their consent and shall retain this information over a period of ten years for the effective implementation and management of the Kzen PH's service or set of services offered.


As our client, you agree to the following:

Terms of Service

Once a job order will have been finalized, it is assumed that both the Client and Kzen PH Group, Inc. (hereinafter "Kzen PH"), owner and operator of KZEN PH Consultancy, agree to the services to be rendered, the estimated time frame of completion, and their associated costs as outlined in this document.


The Client likewise agrees to designate Kzen PH and/or its authorized representatives as their service provider over the course of the execution of the services requested—involvement of whom shall only be limited to processes which are clerical and administrative in nature. Such authorization does not grant them the right to decide and act for and on behalf of the Client, and the Client shall indemnify and keep Kzen PH free and harmless from all actions, proceedings, claims, loss, damage, costs and expenses which the Client, the Kzen PH, or third parties may suffer arising from or in any way related to errors in judgment, actions, and/or negligence committed by the Client and/or its authorized representatives.


After having fulfilled the service or set of services agreed upon and/or as indicated in the job order, the Client understands their responsibility to review the completeness and accuracy of the services performed. If no inconsistencies or errors related to Kzen PH’s performance of the services requested, or results thereof, were reported: (a) within seven (7) working days from the date of completion; or (b) upon signing the completion form, whichever comes first, it shall be assumed that Kzen PH and/or its authorized representatives have satisfactorily accomplished the services as required by the Client. 


Kzen PH assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of the Client’s  failure to report any issues within the given time frame.


The job order sheet is not, nor shall it be construed as, similar in form, substance, and purpose with that of a service invoice. The Client assumes the responsibility to ask for and secure copies of the service invoice and the collection receipt, if applicable, from Kzen PH once the service cost stated in this job order will have been settled within the confines of the agreed upon payment terms.


Both parties understand that a non-disclosure policy applies with regard to any information shared and/or communicated by and between them prior to, during, and after the performance of the service or set of services requested. 


Furthermore, both parties understand their responsibilities with regard to handling, processing, and storing of data and personal information as set forth by the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2007.
